As LMD's "marketing maven," Karen knows how to zero in on a client's competitive advantages and communicate them through strong, focused marketing messages and strategies. Since joining LMD in 2000, Karen has successfully positioned and marketed education, government, and private sector clients in challenging business climates.

When not developing headlines that sing and slogans that sizzle, Karen also drives LMD's marketing and account service teams. With over 20 years in the agency world, she earned her stripes in senior account executive positions at a number of major Baltimore-Washington agencies prior to LMD. Karen graduated magna cum laude from University of Maryland with a BS in advertising.
