Michelle Goozman, Account ManagerThe LMD marketing team recruited Michelle from the world of sports marketing. Her most recent position was as the Director of Marketing and Promotions for Champion Billiards Sports Cafes, where she was responsible for the marketing and promotion of all five Washington-area locations. Prior to Champion Billiards, she was the Director of Sports Marketing for the University of Maryland, her alma mater (go Terps!). Michelle graduated with a BS in General Business Management and Marketing, and later earned an MS in Management and Marketing from the University of Maryland University College. |

Hector Gonzalez, Account ManagerHector joined LMD in 2007 as an account manager, playing an instrumental role on various projects. Previously, Hector was the marketing manager of Amedisys Home Health Services, Inc., the largest provider of home health and hospice services in the U.S. Hailing from Venezuela by way of Baton Rouge, this Louisiana State alum enjoys cheering the Tigers on to victory in Baltimore's pubs with his wife, Melissa. |

Samantha Hall, Account ManagerSamantha keeps her accounts humming and clients happy with her exceptional organizational skills and sunny personality. She also knows a thing or two about marketing, with more than 12 years of strategic planning, communications, and project management experience under her belt. Samantha's expertise includes client relations, project management, strategic planning, and business development primarily in healthcare, higher education, and manufacturing industries. Samantha holds a BS in Management and Marketing from the University of Phoenix. |

Mary Ellen McCormack, Account ManagerMary Ellen (or "ME" for short) spearheads LMD's work for the Environmental Protection Agency. Mary Ellen was previously an account executive for several Baltimore agencies and brings a wealth of account management expertise to LMD, including her work on two Addy-winning accounts. She loves living in Baltimore and all that the city has to offer. A loyal Terp fan, she earned a BS in Marketing at University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business. |

Bilaal Ahmed, Project Manager, Web ServicesBilaal manages LMD's web development projects from concept to launch, working with clients to develop websites exactly to their specifications. He previously worked as a product development manager for an online publisher and as a communications and technology consultant. In addition, Bilaal co-founded a web startup that provides a local knowledge-sharing portal for public and non-profit organizations in the DC area. Beyond the web, Bilaal has lived, worked, and volunteered abroad and believes it's possible to help those living in challenging conditions rise above by building meaningful connections through an exchange of ideas and experiences. Bilaal earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. |

Michael Donovan, Junior Account ManagerAs a junior account manager, Michael supports the marketing and account services team by implementing marketing strategies and campaigns. Michael participated in the University of Maryland's Honors College and Smith School's select Quest program while earning his BS in Marketing. As a loyal Terps fan, he's always ready to talk Maryland sports. Michael has also served as a volunteer for several organizations, including Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and Best Buddies. |

Ginna Clement, Junior Account ManagerAs a junior account manager, Ginna supports the marketing and account services team by implementing marketing strategies and campaigns for a variety of clients. Ginna previously worked in community and media relations for Samaritan's Purse, an international Christian relief organization. She also has editorial experience with Pace Communications, a custom publishing company. Ginna graduated from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC, with a BS in Communication, a major in Public Relations, and a minor in Business. This loyal Duke fan loves to spend time outdoors and is also an avid traveler with the goal of visiting every continent—she's already been to three of the seven! |
